Returns Policy
Bicycles may be returned within 7 days of receipt, with written confirmation from Everyday Bicycles, as long as the product has not been assembled, ridden, or otherwise “used”, and is received by Everyday Bicycles in its original condition and packaging. If the bicycle or packaging is received damaged due to negligent re-packaging, no refund will be given and the product will not be re-delivered.
All returns must be confirmed prior to resending to Everyday Bicycles, and require a receipt as proof of purchase. Before sending back your product, please send an email to service@everydaybicycles.com to notify our Customer Service department, and we will confirm your return number. Once your return number is confirmed, you can send your purchase back to us. Anything received without a confirmed return number will not be accepted, but can be returned to you at your cost.
You will be responsible for any return shipping charges that may apply. However, if you have received the wrong product, color, or size, we will happily pay the shipping fee to get you the product you deserve!
Restocking Fee
A 10% restocking fee is applied to larger order returns like Bikes, E-scooters, Trailers or wheels. This fee will be subtracted from the refund total.
Open Box + Refurbished Returns
Open Box or Refurbished items are not eligible for return and are considered final sale. Exceptions are made if your product is defective upon opening (or within 7 days of delivery), in which case please contact our service department so we can assist.
Warranty Policy
Everyone at Everyday Bicycles is concerned about your safety first and foremost, and we want to make sure you are able to enjoy your bike to the fullest. In order to make sure that you understand all of the parts of your new bike, and how to use it in the safest possible manner, please make sure to read your Owner’s Manual from front to back. If you have questions about anything you read, please email us at service@everydaybicycles.com and we would be happy to help anytime. Do not ride your bike before reading and fully understanding the manual and its contents.
All steel forks and frames have a limited warranty to be free from manufacturing defects for the life of the bike. All aluminum frames have a limited warranty to be free from manufacturing defects for a period of five (5) years from the purchase date of the bicycle. All other bicycle components have a limited warranty to be free from manufacturing defects for one (1) year, unless otherwise indicated. Normal wear and tear and abuse cannot be covered under this limited warranty.
For electric new and open box bikes, there is a 1 year limited warranty on the bike components, motor and battery. For refurbished electric bikes, the warranty covers all components for 30 days after purchase.
The limited warranty only applies to the original owner of the bicycle and proof of purchase and professional assembly by certified bicycle mechanic is required for the warranty to be valid.
If a warranty issue is suspected, please send an email to the our Customer Service department at service@everydaybicycles.com Make sure to include your name, invoice number, phone number, photos of items to be covered under warranty, proof of professional assembly, and reason for warranty coverage. When a warranty is approved, Everyday Bicycles will determine if the product will be repaired or replaced. Some items may be requested to be returned to Everyday Bicycles before a replacement is sent or repaired. Our address can be found on the original invoice, packaging, manual, or at www.everydaybicycles.com.
Any item returned without prior approval by Everyday Bicycles will not be considered for a warranty.
